Tickets are now on sale for the Food & Wine Magazine Classic June 18 – 20.
This annual culinary and wine classic event features celebrity chefs, like Mario Batali, and others, chef-prepared recipes pared with fine wines, music and lots of mingling with locals, visiting guest speakers, and Food & Wine Magazine writers and editors.
Wine seminars highlight the event, as well as cooking demonstrations by high-profile TV chefs, including Oprah’s one-time personal chef, Art Smith.
David Lynch will hold a seminar entitled, The Case for Chianti: “I like American Chardonnay and I’m Not Afraid to Say it!”
Additionally, these famous chefs will perform cooking demos:
José Andrés – Star of “Made in Spain” and owner of Washington DC restaurants will extoll “Secrets of Salt”
Mario Batali – Mega TV Chef personality, author and restaurant innovator will unveil the “Best of Ligurian Cooking”
Rick Bayless – Top Chef Master, author, and owner of Chicago sensation Xoco will talk about his favorite subject, “Spicy Mexican Flavors”
Sissy Biggers – Food Network personality will bring it with her seminar, “Classic Quickfire”
David Chang – The chef behind the NYC Momofuku sensation will unravel the mysteries of “Korean Marinades for BBQ”
Giada De Laurentiis – One of the “Today Show” favorite chefs has a fun presentation planned that she calls, “Giada at Home”
Thomas Keller – famed restauranteur and award winning author will talk about the “Worlds Best Preserves”
Tim Love – well known Texas chef and “Lonesome Dove” restauranteur fills us in on “High Steaks Grilling”
