Our blog continues a multi-part series on towns and neighborhoods of the Roaring Fork Valley. This week, our team takes a closer look at the Cemetery Lane nieghborhood.

Big views from the Dobbs House living area in West Aspen.

WEST ASPEN/CEMETERY LANE: Original suburban family neighborhoods with older family homes, duplexes and new luxury homes now interspersed. Less than one mile to town. A mix of primary and second homes, some of the upscale residences wind along the Roaring Fork River, with other, neighborhoods that hug the municipal golf course (Nordic Track in winter). Great views from many lots as well.

Privacy. Serenity. Convenience. These three terms sum up the West Aspen/Cemetery Lane neighborhood. Spacious homes and townhomes with hiking and biking trails and easy access to the Roaring Fork River. Guests enjoy the free bus route to town and all four local ski mountains – Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. The Dobbs House is located in this quiet end of town and features an open kitchen, dining and living area with big views of the Roaring Fork Valley.

Remember: All Frias guests also receive complimentary passes to the Aspen Club & Spa, the valley’s premier full-service spa and workout facility! Passes to the Aspen Club & Spa can be obtained from any Frias front desk during regular business hours. For more information, call (970) 920-2000.

Check back next week for the next installment of our blog series on the towns and neighborhoods of the Roaring Fork Valley, when we focus on Starwood!
