Making an online reservation for lodging in Aspen is easy. Our online booking engine shows live availability for our lodging options 24 hours a day and 365 days a year – so no matter your schedule, you can always plan your getaway. By following a few simple steps outlined here, you can select your vacation dates, locate the accommodations that are right for you, and even make a payment. This week, our blog team breaks down everything it takes to book that amazing getaway to Aspen, Colorado – summer or winter.

Step 1 is to visit the home page of our website. Here, you can choose from more than 200 condominiums, townhouses and private homes that are close to downtown Aspen and Aspen Mountain. We also have lodging available at Aspen Highlands, located just outside of Aspen. Aspen Mountain is world-renown for its outdoor adventure, ranging from Frisbee golf to world-class skiing and snowboarding. Aspen Highlands is a local’s favorite and includes the impressive Highlands Bowl. Determining what you want to do in Aspen while you’re here can help you pick the right accommodations.

KNOW WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY?

From the home page, click “Vacation Rentals” at the top left of the page.  There, you can view all of the different lodging options that Frias has to offer. The Google map at the top of the page will give you an idea of each complex’s location. On this page, you can select a specific unit here and view units, or you can use the orange search box to search properties that meet your criteria. Simply enter as much info in the orange box as you can for best results.

SEARCH FOR ASPEN LODGING

At the top of the home page (and every other page on the site) is our live reservations availability search widget. It’s in the upper left-hand corner just below the Frias logo. Here, you can enter your stay dates, number of guests, and number of bedrooms needed. For the stay dates, a calendar will appear when you click in a date field. Fill out as much information as you can, and click “search.” You will be taken to another screen that will present available lodging options.

ACCOMMODATIONS

From the “Search for Aspen Lodging” page, you will be redirected to the “Accommodations” page. This page will display a number of unit types. It will also show photos and prices for these units based on the dates you have selected. To see specific units, choose a unit type and click the orange “view units” button to the right. Once you select “view units,” specific units will display under each unit type with the heading “Available units.” Note: Many of our units differ in layout and décor, so it’s important that you choose one that fits your style and personality! When you find the one that’s right for you, hit “select.”

YOUR ITINERARY

Once you’ve selected your lodging, you will be taken to the “Your Itinerary” page, where you can review all the details of your stay. You will see your accommodations, your dates, your rental cost plus tax, and your total due. There is a “make changes” button if you need to alter any of your plans. From here, you will begin the payment process.

MAKE A PAYMENT

On the “Your Itinerary” page, enter your personal information and credit card info. (Frias has a very secure credit card system and does not share or sell private information to any other business or third party.) Please read the disclaimer at the bottom, check the box, and click the orange button that says “Process Reservation”.

CONFIRMATION

Once you payment has been processed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. You can also print this page for your personal records. You are officially booked! You will begin receiving correspondence from us about any important news or information concerning your reservation as your vacation date draws near.
