We offer thirteen Durant condos in 1-4 bedroom sizes which offer economy, deluxe and luxury pricing based on their furnishings and recency of upgrades. No matter what category is right for you, these condos are in the middle of it all, just two blocks to the lifts and all that downtown Aspen has to offer. Most of the condos we represent have been remodeled in the past few years that feature floor to ceiling windows overlooking the town of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley.

The complex features handy check-in across the street at The Fasching House where we also have a variety of vacation rentals. At the Durant, you will find on-site parking, an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, with one that is tucked up right against Aspen Mountain. Skiers and shredders from “down under” are best known for taking their month long holiday in Aspen. Work-a-day Americans are hard pressed to take the kind of extended sojourns that Aussies and South American’s cherish annually.
