An Aspen native, Tim first joined his father in the real estate business and soon thereafter gained extensive and valuable experience in management, sales and most recently development. Experience: Over the past twenty years Tim’s market share has grown via mergers, acquisitions, hard work and integrity which have earned him a reputable name in the business and community. Strategy: Given his unique perspective in real estate, Tim is able to identify opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Utilizing the Taxpayer relief Act of 1997, Tim coaches his clients on the benefits of tax-free capital gains upon the sale of their property. Commitment and leadership: Currently serving as president of the Aspen Lodging Association, Tim has also served on a variety of boards and community based organizations through his career.
