Chuck Frias founding partner of FPA moved from Dartmouth, Mass. to Aspen in 1974. Drawn by the beauty, vitality and outdoor lifestyle he choose to make Aspen his home. Drawing on thirty plus years of experience in property mgmt., real estate and development exclusively in Aspen, Chuck has been a community leader in his chosen field. His commitment is exemplified by his years of service to community serving on numerous volunteer boards and has provided time and financial support to many non-profits. Chuck has served as a Board member of the Aspen Chamber, Aspen Lodging Association, Aspen School District Finance Board, Aspen Junior Hockey, Aspen Child Care and Aspen Valley Hospital Facilities committee. As an individual he feels fortunate to live and work in this special place.
