Frias Properties Rental & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Payment: 50% of the total, exclusive of tax and service fee, due within 10 days after the initial request for the reservation. If the reservation is reserved within the final payment due time period, full payment will be required at the time the reservation is reserved.

Airport Transportation: Complimentary Aspen Airport transfers must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours prior to travel. Contact our front desk at (970) 920-2000 or concierge (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance. You may also contact Colorado Mountain Express, our contracted provider, directly at (970) 754-7433 or (800) 525-6363. You must reference the code FPROP to book complimentary Aspen Airport reservations.
Colorado Mountain Express can also accommodate your Denver International or Eagle/Vail airport transfer needs (self pay). Go to ColoradoMountainExpress.com or contact our concierge for additional information.
Late Check In Information: Should you arrive after hours (please contact the front desk for current season hours during your stay), please use the courtesy phone located to the left of the front office door. This phone will ring directly to our night service, who then will meet you at the office. Should you want to reach the night service as you are driving in, please call 970-309-0558.
Condominium Disclosure: Frias Properties of Aspen is a rental agent for condominiums and hotels that are independently owned. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change condominiums up to and including day of arrival.
Showings: We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or for sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. We will make every effort to contact the guest and arrange the showing with them.
Pets: House pets are not permitted in our condominiums. No exceptions. If a pet is found occupying a condominium or home that has not been pre-approved, the guest will be asked to vacant the property and no refund will be issued. Certain homes will consider pets with approval and security deposit. Inquire for details.
Smoking: All properties are 100% non-smoking.
