I have stayed at many of the hotels in Aspen, but Independence Square is still my favorite place of all. I appreciate the warm and courteous staff, the freedom to come and go as I please, the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and the wonderful breakfast each morning. Thank you so much for arranging our stay in Aspen. Chateau Chaumont was in a perfect location and the snow couldn't have been better. My legs are still recovering from skiing Ajax.

We have immensely enjoyed each of the three times we have stayed at a Frias Property. The location in the heart of Aspen is walking distance to everything; the gondola, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and bus transportation. 

Frias provided free pick up from the airport, day passes to the superb Aspen Club and Spa, and attentive and immediate response to our requests.

I am not sure who in reservations handled my situation, but I would like to take a moment to thank them for taking a potentially unpleasant situation and turning it into an unexpected and exceptional ten days for me here in Aspen. Your front desk folks were also extremely pleasant and helpful.

I had originally booked a one bedroom condo with another company, which was subsequently taken over by Frias. I had conditioned my booking on the unit having both a washer/dryer and high speed internet. When I arrived, neither was the case. On hearing my problem, your reservation rep did not hesitate to upgrade me to a unit that provided the amenities I needed.

I am, of course, very happy with the new accommodation. More importantly, my thanks for the professional, pleasant, and unhesitating manner in which it was done.

I will certainly be recommending your firm to everyone wishing lodging in Aspen.
