"Since each unit is individual owned by separate owners, we have had a few issues over the years that someone might think that one unit was nicer then another, but that is the way it works in the ski industry. Frias has always tried to be as helpful as they can based on the limitations and individual decorating tastes of the homeowners. "We had the opportunity to stay at your facility from Feb. 2-9 with our Durango Ski Club. I would like first of all to thank you for the wonderful cocktail party that you sponsored. The food was great. What really made it special was Alex. She talked to everyone, was interested in what we were doing and bend over backward to make sure that we were all taken care of. "Alex Cox-Cuzzi is a lifesaver! I’m a corporate events representative in Tennessee. Earlier this week, we entertained guests in Aspen and stayed at Fasching Haus condos. When I began my search for condos, I was having a bit of difficulty getting reservations confirmed, but Alex stepped in and took care of it in a timely manner. And continued to patiently work with me to get all the details in place. She truly went above and beyond expectations to answer questions via email and phone. She was always pleasant and responded in a very timely manner. "Because I was putting plans in place long distance, having a helpful, personable person in Aspen was a must and made my job so much easier. I’m sure she had a heavy workload and many guests and meeting planners demanding her time, but it never showed.
