Chuck Frias

Chuck Frias moved to Aspen in 1974 after growing up in Dartmouth, Mass.  Drawn to the natural beauty and friendly local atmosphere, he knew right away that he would never leave. Immediately, Chuck started in the real estate and property management business and gained invaluable experience by working within all aspects of the company.

Tim Clark

An Aspen native, Tim first join his father in the real estate business and soon thereafter gained extensive and valuable experience in management, sales and most recently development. Dennis Jung

After attending the University of Maryland, Dennis Jung came to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1981 because he was offered a job on the illustrious Aspen Mountain Ski Patrol, thinking he would give it a try "for one winter" and never left.

Shellie Roy, who most recently served as Pitkin County Commissioner (1996-2004) has been an active community participant and personality since her arrival in 1975 as a “ski bunny” college grad trying to figure out what to be when she grew up.

Mickey Spalding

Will Burggraf

Will Burggraf hails from the east coast where he was born and raised in Westchester, New York. He has his undergraduate degree in Economics from Hobart College.

Sam Green

After a 25 year career in New York City Sam moved to Aspen in 2001 for the lifestyle. He has worked with FPA, as well as serving on local boards, ever since. Sam has experience in real estate sales, development, rentals, and management.

Rick Schwartz

Rick moved to Aspen four years ago with his wife and three boys. He spent his entire career working as an investment banker in New York negotiating complicated financial transactions. He has worked on several real estate development projects and has negotiated many real estate transactions. he looks forward to utilizing his financial and real estate background in helping his clients in the Aspen marketplace.
