The winter season is almost complete. March volume was slightly down from last year's March, and for the winter, the Aspen/Snowmass market was down in volume and transactions yet still up in price. The volume, while below last year is still way above historical amounts.
There are some exciting new homes available throughout the Aspen area and fabulous new condominium inventory in Snowmass Village that we would love to describe to you in more detail.
Fractional inventory sales have been steady and the New Dancing Bear Residences and Little Nell Residences are progressing well with completion slated for Fall 2008.
