The beds in both bedrooms wer unacceptable. They were old, creaky, and uncomfortable. We were too close to Cooper road. It was very noisy. I would not recommend this unit again. Andrew Myatt is an asset to your organization.

We have stayed in these condos for 7 years. This apartment was attractive and reasonably well-equipped, but not worth the money. The furniture was massive - the bed in the master bedroom was so high you practically had to vault into it. It was all right, but not spectacular. We had to ask for non-slip mats for the bath tubs, which were so slippery that my 26 year-old son was nervous about taking a shower. I must say that the lovely young lady at reception was charming and very efficient, and the cleaning people did an excellent job.

Frias check in staff was very welcoming upon our arrival, quick to check us in and helpful w/questions we had. Unit 5 felt like home! Loved the windows along back wall with view of river. Kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We would stay again at the Chateau Eau Claire.

I can say I have found a new dream home, who needs sandy beaches when there is a place like this.

Nice apartment incl. kitchen. Apartment was cleaned every day. Jacuzzi and swimming pool across the street. Not in walking distance to aspen mountain but Local bus stops in front of the house. House was under construction which was not communicated to us. Noise of contractors every day. Woken up twice by contractors.

We had never visited Aspen before, and this unit was perfect. Located within a short distance from the town center, the place was well located for our stay. We could walk to the great restaurants or to the grocery store. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for our use. The deck looked out over the beautiful river, and we even saw a black bear playing on the banks! Would definitely recommend!
