Hello, We had a great stay with you. The property was Our comment about the property great, the service was terrific, the cleaning folks did a fabulous job. Our only negative comment is that each time we entered, we had to open all the doors and windows because the place had a seriously funky smell.

There is one fatal flaw, otherwise everything is excellent: the place sits on top of the facility boiler room, so when the outside temperature is in the 20s, it just gets intolerably hot. Colder outside temperatures might make it ok; warmer outside temperatures and the boiler probably would not have to crank so hard. Place really shouldn't be rented in the winter time without some warning.

This was a very nicely appointed condo. The furnishing were nice and the kitchen was well stock with cooking wares but not enough glasses and cups.
This unit is sandwiched between an outside hallway and courtyard so it is very loud and since it is on the first floor there are people walking by throughout the day.
This condo sits on top of a boiler for the building. It was very very hot in the condo and only cooled down at night. There is no ac in this unit only fans which would be fine if it was not above a boiler.
The location is great and the rooms were nicely appointed. The service at Frias Properties was outstanding. The attention to detail and friendliness of the staff made our stay wonderful. I loved the Fasching Haus but may stay in another unit next time because of location and heat/circulation issues with this condo unit.
