A group of friends and i stayed for the big Motherlode Volleyball tournament that happens evey Labor day weekend. It was a great location and very comfortable for the price!
The only minor complaint I would have is that all the bathrooms are in bedrooms. So people on the couch bed had to use other bathrooms. It would have been nice to have an open bathroom. We were all friends so it all worked out!

the only complaint was there was construction going on above in the am on Saturday; but after complaining to the front office the construction was discontinued for the day. :) The techs loved the condos and thought they were great! thank you!!

Although just a short stay for fall colors, we enjoyed the cleanliness, modern a/v setup of the apartment.

My friends and family had a wonderful stay at this rental. Loved the grill on the private patio. Frias always goes above and beyond to treat their visitors with great respect and care.

Only minor downside was that there was no washer/dryer in the unit (though there was one in the complex).
