Frias was a great company to work with. I appreciated how they responded to my questions and requests in a very timely manner and were always really friendly and enjoyable to work with.

The apartment itself was nice and I would definitely recommend the space for the type of stay that I had. The location was wonderful. Being so close to downtown was very nice. The bathroom (especially the shower) was great and the mini kitchen was perfect for my needs. The cleaning service was a wonderful help.

Things that I disliked about the apartment... The couches were really uncomfortable/bad for your back. The comforter on the bed was old and had a few stains on it, so I normally just left it folded on the floor since it was the summer. The apartment was pretty dark since it is on the lower level, which was definitely the aspect I liked the least about it! It felt rather cave like. The furniture was also really large (with lots of it) for such a small space. I also did not like that there was no laundry machine in the apartment. That would have made a big difference since I was there for so long.
