We were in aspen for my son's wedding. Frias was wonderful to work with in planning an event in a place I had never been. The company accepted the wedding cake at their office and transported it to our condo. Extra chairs were provided for the brunch we held at the condo. One son needed to print out an important email and that service was also provided.

Few issues when we checked it but maintenance fixed them.

#8. It was close enough to the center of town that you didn't mind the walk.
Also, halfway between the center of town and the apartment was the grocery
market and liquor store. The apartment itself was a little small. It would be
perfect for a couple with two children. We were a group of 5 guys, so one
person had to sleep on the couch. The housekeeper was terrific. She was very
polite and left the apartment spotless each day without displacing our
belongings. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment which was very
convenient. The only draw back for us was the size. Other than that, it was
great.

frias people were great! condo was good for aspen location and amenities.
it was cold and not bright, since it was on ground level. the furniture was
much too heavy, cumbersome and large for the area. the interior lighting
was poor. telephone and answering machine were poor. front door lock
was difficult. hall rug was stained in 2 places; needs cleaning. one toilet
seat was peeling and needs replacement.

I had a wonderful stay at the Chateau Eau Claire #8 - It was Very convenient and had awesome location right on the stream. The river was raging - it lulled me to sleep every night.

My only complaint (more like a recommendation) was the lack of "green" initiates. The cleaning service (which is nice) came every day replaced all of the towels and ran the dishwasher - when there were only 3 dirty dishes. Somehow that stuff can really irk me.

Overall the people at Frias were great and the experience was Wonderful.
