Wow, what a really nice place! Comfortable and staff really helpful! Was a treat!

I wish that we had known that the two bedrooms downstairs were not air conditioned. It was very warm during our stay and opening the windows to the pool area was not a good idea. There were usually boisterous people there. It would have been nice to have seating on the "patios". We bought two plastic lawn chairs and left them there. Frias is a great company.

We loved the condo and it worked perfectly for our 2 families. The adults slept upstairs and the 3 girls slept in one bedroom downstairs and my son slept in the other bedroom downstairs. I thought the location was perfect and offered a good view up Aspen mountain if you were sitting in the right place but unfortunately the condo looks over the pool which isn't a great deal. The fact that the condo has A/C is a big plus. The things I would change about the condo would be to provide trash cans in all the rooms...there weren't any in the entire condo except the utility room. A balcony would be nice but there isn't a way to make that happen. All in all it is a great place and we would stay there again.
