There is simply no better place in aspen than Fashing Haus #280. The place is first class in every respect. Additionally, the personnel at Frias Properties of aspen know their business and make every effort to be welcoming and accomodating. They have earned our future business.

Great location in private and quite area just a block from everything in town. All 3 bedrooms are Suites (they have their own full baths). The decor reminds me of a mountain lodge...full of wood, granite, clean, new, and tastefully decorated. I love the map of "Old aspen" and other historic aspen art. Also, it is a corner unit with access to both the front of building and pool/hot tub/work-out room. Coffee on the private balcony with views of Red Mountain were a daily ritual...then by the pool/hot-tub for afternoon drinks with views of aspen Mountain.

We hiked over from Crested Butte and wanted to hot tub and relax. The first night (Friday) people partied in the hot tub and kept us up till 3 am. The next day children splashed in the hot tub with parents sitting there. Our guests wanted to read around the pool only to have young children running up and down the steps. Their deck wasn't even quiet

We were completely satisfied with unit #280 and would certainly rent this or another unit in the complex. The neighbors were great, the unit was peaceful and close to everything. Just a two block peaceful walk in the morning and you are right downtown. We would highly recommend this unit and complex!

This property was a perfect location for our girls' ski trip to Aspen. We were able to ski all four mountains with the super location and ease of the bus system. The accomodations were very comfortable for our party and I would highly recommend the unit for large groups or a family vacation. Extremely nice updates-we felt like we were in a brand new condo!

The condo was in great shape and worked well with our little kids. It was nice to have maid service each day which we didn't know we would have. Check in and out was easy and they worked to accomidate our schedule which was nice. The condo was in a good location so getting into town was easy.
