The location is outstanding. The condo is very. comfortable except for the beds. The pillows and mattresses are not comfortable.

We had a beautiful mountain view out our entire front wall. We could walk out the front of our condo down 1 block into town or walk out the back of the condo, strap on skis, and ski over a short trail to the Gondola. The condo itself was very comfortable with a nice wood-burning fireplace. The staff was very help with check-in/out and transportation. Didn't need a car at all.

One very important feature a condo of this size should most definitely have is a washer and dryer. I have been visiting Aspen since 1988. Staying in Durant, Fifth Avenue, Alpenblick, Faushing Hause, Chateau Dumont and Chaumont Units all along. A group of 4-5 adults, visiting for 7-8 nights, NEED to do laundry one to two times at the minimum during our stay. Especially when considering ski apparel, socks, t-shirts, underwear etc. etc....
We always request to have included in the unit that we are renting; A Washer & Dryer. Unfortunately there was some sort confusion and we were in a 3 bedroom unit with no such amenity.

Also, several of us in the group, deal with and own rental properties where we live. We understand, and did not expect to be in a "state of the art" residence, but this unit could use some badly needed renovations. As compared too many of the other residences in your services.
