Condo was wonderful...updated and very clean. Location was perfect. However, we arrived at 9pm and had to check in with a security subcontractor since the office was closed. This person sent us to the wrong building...never walked us up to show us...just pointed and then locked up and left. We only discovered that we were in the wrong place after we had carried all of our heavy bags up two flights of stairs! We had two miserable children who needed to go to sleep, and we couldn't locate our condo. We ended up calling the after-hours service and had to wait for an after-hours manager to show us our unit. One additional item: the humidifiers didn't work properly which was a necessity for us east coasters! An after-hours manager delivered some additional units to us.

I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, quaint abode which was right in the center of everything. I dont have one bad thing to say.

Very well outfitted as far as cooking, bathrooms, internet.Check in was extremely pleasant. It was smaller than I expected it to be with less of a view than the write up led me to expect. Very clean when we moved in. very close to ajax base and downtown aspen. Check in was friendly, easy and knowledgable. The unit and rooms are not well marked and arriving guests had to be talked through finding the unit. A better stereo with better ipod integration (had to go buy a cable at Radio Shack.)

The condo was great have stayed there before. Thanks for being so accomodating.
