The condo worked well for4 family members. It is quite a hike up 3 1/2 flights of narrow steep stairs to get in and out of the condo! We enjoyed the location and ability to walk to town, hiking, activities, etc. The fireworks show was directly outside our back deck - making the hike up and down stairs worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious 4 bedroom condo, with spacious rooms, bathroom and a very pleasant living room with fire place. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub once, which was easy to access and nice and warm.

I would highly recommend this quiet condo to others.

We enjoyed our visit to Aspen and the Fifth Avenue Condos as they were conveniently located and our unit was very comfortable. We particularly liked the key pad locking system so we did not have to keep up with any keys. There were 8 of us in the 4 bedroom unit. The only thing to complain about was the 3rd story climb up many flights (40 steps) of stairs. Overall it was a delightful place to stay. the staff was wonderful as well as the views from our abode.

The bad news is this condo is on the third level of the complex. There is no elevator, and don't make the mistake of going up the wrong stairs to the back door. You won't be able to get in, and you'll have to go back down and then up another set of stairs to the front door, which is on the uphill side of the building facing the mountain. Otherwise, this is a very nice condo. I especially liked the huge master bathroom beautifully appointed in marble and the king size bed in the master suite. There is also a huge lcd TV in the living room. This is a very well kept-up condo.
