Condo was newly remodeled and very functional. Clean comfortable and a great location. House keeping staff was friendly and accomodating as were the folks at Frias. the Aspen club was a special added bonus. We also loved the access to the pool and hot tub! We would come back in a heartbeat!

We take a family ski trip annually to different resorts. Our stay in aspen was very nice. The Condo exceeded our expectations in size, cleanliness, and service. Maids came in daily, which is unusual for weekly rentals. Had several issues, TV not operating and a leaky coffeemaker which both were fixed within 1/2 hour of phone call. Condo was close to the ski area, across from the bus stop and easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Very nice property, warm pool and great hot tub outside.

Our original booking was for a 1 bedroom apartment which was advertised as able to sleep 4 people. We had to have it changed to a 2 bedroom one as the original description was really misleading. There was no way the 3 of us could have slept in that apartment. However once we changed to Chateau Roaring Fork, everything worked out well and the service staff was very good. The location and outlook was great except that the parking was a bit tight on some nights. The outdoor ski lockers left a little to be desired and the phone system was very confusing for overseas visitors. Better written directions would have been helpful.
