We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautiful with all amenities you could want. The views were amazing, and the location was perfect for walking around town.

We had a great stay at this property. High ceilings; big, comfortable bed; awesome master bathroom with steam shower; big windows; and super stereo. For a small place, which this is, it was laid out very well and very comfortable. Kitchen was nice, patio nice for eating. (might be hard to have meals inside unless on couch or counter)

Would go back in a heartbeat. Only things one might find disagreeable is lack of immediate parking and location behind another building. Other than that, getting to heart of downtown is several blocks away and they unit is outfitted beautifully.

This loft is very well equiped and comfortable. The bath, jetted tub, and steam shower were a lifesaver. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Frias Properties also helpful, responsive, and provided excellent airport transportation transfers. Modern, updated features throughout the unit.

The unit is on the third floor with a metal staircase. No problem, even in snow boots, if you are not troubled by stairs. The loft space inside the unit is accessed by more steep stairs, so I would imagine that younger people would enjoy that space. Also, bus stops for the ski areas are a few blocks away, so I would recommend overnight ski storage, transfer, and an overnight locker for your boots at the mountain of your choice so you can walk to the bus stop in regular boots.

The unit is at Main St. and Galena St. A small gas station (grocery) is open 24hrs directly across the street. A full grocery store is about a block and a half behind the unit. The unit is next door to the public library and the police/government building. It was very private and quiet during our stay.

Everything else in downtown Aspen is within easy walking distance.
