Property is clean and has plenty of sleeping space with 1 queen and 4 twin
beds. Also has a nice balcony. Location is great as it is only 3 blocks from the
main bus station and downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub is nice but
there is not any changing areas near the hot tub which makes getting out and
back to the condo very uncomfortable. Our only main complaint was with the
cable not working for most of our stay. Maintenance tried to fix it but they
were only half way successful. Overall we were very satisfied with the $1800
we paid for 7 nights.

My experience with Frias Properties was great, from the service that Jeanine provided when I first called and her prompt responses to follow-up questions I had, to the unexpected "freebies" provided with our rental unit. At the very reasonable rate we paid, I did not expect to have maid service, free airport transfers for our group of five, and passes to the Aspen Club included. 30% off coupons for ski rentals were also offered. The unit itself was not as updated as others in the Fifth Avenue condo building, but it was perfectly comfortable, the beds were great, there was plenty of hot water, and the location could not be better (one block from bus depot and one block from Gondola). I would definitely rent from Frias again and would stay in Fifth Avenue Condos again.
