"First vacation with our baby"
4 of 5
The hotel was great (wonderful location right in town, quiet room despite being right on the street, comfortable room and nicely updated) but it was a nightmare to check in. The hotel is completely inaccessible (forget it if you're in a wheelchair or on crutches). There is a loading zone if you call ahead and find out where it is. From there, you have to lug everything down two flights of stairs to the check-in and then you can take an elevator to your room. Especially with having our baby with us, we had a ton of gear (Pack n Play, stroller, carseat, etc) and our luggage, too. They sorely need to update this.
