The Aspen Highlands neighborhood - which consists of Castle Creek, Maroon Creek, Aspen Highlands, 5 Trees and Meadowood - is one of the most scenic and beautiful areas in the world, and boasts an abundance of outdoor activity ranging from mountain and road biking to back-country hiking and cross-country skiing.

Currently there are  active listing in these neighborhoods with the majority of them being single-family homes. A: "The homes in the Castle/Maroon/5 Trees/ and Meadowood tend to be very large and offer great view with large lots and privacy and yet still are a very easy drive or bus ride into downtown Aspen."

Q: Are there a lot of full-time, live-in residents in this area or is it mostly second-home owners? Where do the full-time residents mainly live?

A: "It is a mix of primarily second-home owners and full-time residents."

Q: How often do buying opportunities come along in the area?

A: "The market is constantly changing and opportunities come and go quickly. Especially, for the highly-desirable properties in these neighborhoods."

A: "The iconic Maroon Bells offers views that are hard to find in the continental U.S. Location and views sell properties and these Castle Creek, Maroon Creek, and Highlands areas offer the best of both worlds."Q: From an investment standpoint, why should I buy property near Maroon Bells?

Q: Is now a good time to buy in the area?

A: "The market has never been stronger!"

Q: How close to Aspen is this neighborhood? Which is closest to Aspen?

A: "Maroon Creek is the closest, but they are all within 10-15 minutes from downtown."

Q: Is this a good area to raise a family? 

A: "It is an amazing area to raise a family. With nature right outside your door and the best school district in Colorado, how could you go wrong raising a family here?"

Q: How about pets? Farm animals?

A: Pets are welcome: dogs, cats and horses. There are great trails right outside your door."

Q: Do these areas have proper snow removal from the roads in the wintertime?

A: "All of these areas are properly maintained in the winter, however a 4X4 would be suggested to keep in the garage."
