On the heels of the Classic, Aspen opens its mind at the Aspen Ideas Festival, sharing thought-provoking ideas and solutions to some of the world's most pressing issues.
July cultivates western Americana through Aspen's Old Fashioned July 4th Celebration. Despite its hotter temps, weekends are punctuated with mountain-top yoga, kettle corn from the Saturday market, and endless biking and hiking pursuits across the Aspen Snowmass area.
August celebrates ideal fishing weather, patio fun, and frequent trips on the Silver Queen gondola to hear Bluegrass music atop Aspen Mountain at the Sundeck.
Throughout the summer, Aspen's vibe rings high through indelible performances at Theatre Aspen and the incomparable talent of the Aspen Music Festival & School. Snowmass Village attracts the crowd every Wednesday evening for the Snowmass Rodeo, and every Thursday evening for its Free Concert Series featuring live music on Fanny Hill.
