We use a defined property-rating system so that our guests may reliably select a rental that matches their expectations and budget.  Each vacation rental is carefully evaluated based on detailed criteria that takes into account the property’s condition, amenities, furnishings, views, and interior and exterior appearance.

Accommodations suited for our most discerning visitors, luxury properties feature awe-inspiring views, beautiful décor, and access to premium amenities. To meet the luxury rating, our properties must have most of the following attributes:

  • High-end finishes including stone or granite countertops, hardwood floors or new carpets, and detailed millwork
  • Fully stocked kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances
  • Superior bathrooms including steam shower(s) and/or jetted tub(s)
  • State-of-the-art TVs and high-tech audio/visual systems
  • Artfully designed lighting
  • Extensive amenities like fitness equipment, pool and hot tub, and more
  • Fireplaces with complimentary firewood (if not gas)
  • Air conditioning
  • Garage or dedicated parking

PREMIER UNITS

A category reserved for our highest level of hotel rooms and condos at the Independence Square, these rentals feature beautiful décor and furnishings. Most, but not all, have superior views of downtown Aspen. To meet our premier rating, rentals must have most of the following attributes:

Well-appointed homes, townhouses, and condos qualify as deluxe accommodations if they feature appealing design, newer furnishings, and excellent building amenities. To be rated as deluxe, our properties must have most of the following attributes:

  • Well maintained spaces complete with updated furniture, recently replaced flooring or carpets, and complementary artwork
  • Nice finishes including stone or granite countertops, beautiful window coverings, and newer cabinetry
  • Fully stocked kitchens with newer appliances
  • Flatscreen TVs and some newer audio/visual technology
  • Fireplaces with complimentary firewood (if not gas)
  • Amenities like a common pool and hot tub
  • Air conditioning encouraged
  • Off-street parking

Standard Units

These comfortable rentals are tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. They’re centrally located and feature complete kitchens. Most have a fireplace but do not have as many amenities as our deluxe and luxury rentals. Standard-rated rentals have most of the following attributes:
