The Gant is a condo resort three blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. This spacious third-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features delightful views from every room. Upon entering this condo, guests are greeted with soaring, vaulted ceilings and a spacious living area with an upgraded kitchen, a formal dining area for six, a comfortable living area, and a private deck. All rooms feature wall-mount air conditioning. 

Please note:  This condo has a wood-burning fireplace; however, The Gant has ceased burning wood on their property.

Other: Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Complex amenities at The Gant include outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, on-site front desk and concierge services, elevators, complimentary Aspen airport transfers as well as in-town transportation.  The Gant also features boot fitting services, ski demos, and rentals.  Guests will also enjoy the onsite restaurant, Pepperjacks Cafe.  All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
