We provide groups with a standard set of complimentary services. In addition to the items listed below, we can also organize food service from a simple continental breakfast for 20 to five-course meals for 60.

- A group is defined as 20 guests of more reserving a minimum of 5 condominiums or more with the same travel pattern.
- Conference room reservations may be subject to HOA approval.
- Rates are per unit, per night based on a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom. Additional guests are $25 per person, per unit.
- Rates do not include tax or service fees.
- Bedding configurations and unit numbers are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
- Rates cannot be combined with other promotions.
