Collection of Your Information by FPA
In General. We receive and store any information you enter on our websites or give us in any other way, such as signing up for one of our email newsletters, requesting additional information from us, or inquiring about our other services. You may also give personal data to us at other times, such as when signing up for our property management and vacation rental management services. We also receive your personal information when you set up financial account information for payment processing.
Automatic Information. We automatically collect some information about your computer or device, and your computer’s or device’s connection to the Internet when you visit this website. This information typically includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the identity of your internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, the name and version of your web browser, the "referring" website from which you initially entered this website, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. We also may collect information about your activities while using the FPA websites, such as content viewed and reservations made.

You can choose not to provide us with any information, although it may be needed to book travel, to retain property management services, or to take advantage of certain features offered on our websites.

You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial emails in any such message that we send you. Please note that we reserve the right to send you other communications, including service announcements, administrative messages, and surveys relating either to your account or to your transactions on our websites, in some cases without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
How We Protect Your Information
We want you to feel confident about using the FPA websites to reserve your accommodations as well as monitor our property management and vacation rental management services, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. While no website can guarantee security, FPA uses physical, logical, and procedural security measures to protect the information you provide to us. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with access rights to such systems who are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be stored on our servers.
FPA websites are general audience websites and do not offer services directed to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.
Visiting the FPA Websites from Outside the United States
If you are visiting our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
