INDEPENDENCE SQUARE HOTEL
Deposit Payment: 50% of the total, including tax and service fee is due at the time of booking. If reservation is reserved within the final payment due time period, full payment will be required.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% of lodging including tax and service fee is due 14 days prior to arrival. Holiday bookings - reservations beginning December 20th through January 2nd - are due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 90% of the gross lodging will be refunded if notice of cancellation is made:
- 14 days prior to the arrival date for all short-term rentals.
- 120 days prior to arrival for all reservations of 30 days or longer.
- Holiday bookings will be refunded if canceled 30 days prior to arrival.
Full forfeiture of the entire amount of the reservation will apply if the reservation is canceled:
- Within 14 days of the arrival date for all short-term rentals.
- Within 120 days of the arrival date for all reservations of 30 days or longer.
- Within 30 days of the arrival date for Holiday bookings.
Airport Transportation: Transportation fees are not included with Independence Square reservations. Should you need assistance setting up your airport transfers, please call the front desk at 970-920-2313.
Late Check-In Information:
Should you arrive after normal business hours, we will leave your check-in packet in the after-hours drop box at the front door of the hotel. Please alert us to any after-hours check-ins by calling (970) 920-2313 or via email.
Sports Equipment Storage: Please be courteous to our owners and use the locker area for sporting equipment such as skis, snowboards, ski boots and poles, bicycles, cleated shoes and all other outdoor items. These items are prohibited from the lodge rooms. Using the locker room instead of your condominium for storage helps to keep your room neat and tidy. Please feel free to call In advance or check with the front desk upon arrival to be familiarized with our facility's storage. Thank you.
Condominium Disclosure: Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass is a rental agent for condominiums and hotels that are independently owned. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change condominiums up to and including day of arrival.
Showings: We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. We will make every effort to contact the guest and arrange the showing with them.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in our rooms. If a pet is found occupying a room, the guest will be asked to vacant the property and no refund will be issued.
Smoking: All properties are 100% non-smoking.
