Nestled at 730 East Durant Avenue in Aspen, Frias Properties operates three satellite operation centers at the Fashing Haus, Silverglo, and Independence Square Hotel. In 2023, the company expanded its footprint into Snowmass Village, assuming property management responsibilities for Chamonix, Homestead, The Enclave, and Owl Creek Homes. Our Snowmass operations are headquartered at The Enclave, located at 360 Wood Road in Snowmass Village.

Meet your Single Point of Contact

Each homeowner is assigned one point of contact – a Frias Properties Director of Operations – to oversee all aspects of their property.

Each Director of Operations is supported by highly experienced teams of maintenance managers, housekeepers, accounting agents, administrative support, and additional front-line staff. Our team is agile with in-season demands and proactive with preventative home-care tasks year-round.

BEN WOLFF | Managing Partner & General Manager Aspen

Ben has more than a decade of property management and hospitality experience, having worked at some of the finest destination clubs in Aspen, Snowmass, and Park City. After a tenure as the East Aspen Director of Operations, Ben was promoted to General Manager and now oversees all operations at Frias Properties of Aspen.  In January of 2024, Ben became a Managing Partner of Frias Properties.

CHRIS LONGDEN | Director of Operations - East Aspen

Chris joined Frias Properties in 2021 and brought deep luxury hospitality experience to his oversight of the East Aspen homes and condominiums. In his free time, Chris enjoys biking, camping, hiking, and skiing.

ZANE STRICKLAND | Director of Operations - West Aspen

An Atlanta, Georgia native, Zane joined Frias Properties in 2020 as a Property Manager.  He was promoted to Director of Operations - West Aspen in 2024. Zane enjoys nature, winter sports, and all the things the mountains have to offer.
