Aspen Snowmass dining is legendary. The list of 4-star and 5-star restaurants is seemingly endless, and the landscape of Aspen cuisine is always changing. So this week, the Frias Properties blog team rounded up our resident foodie, real estate assistant Pam Bakios, to give us an update on all the can ‘t-miss eats and treats in town. Below, Pam gives us her thoughts of some of the most popular dining establishments in town, from old favorites to new.
Cache Cache - 205 S. Mill St. 970-925-3835. Pam says: "One of my favorite restaurants. Get there before 6:30 p.m. to sit at the bar. Bar menu is cheaper. The trout is fabulous!"
Rustique - 216 S. Monarch St. 970-920-2555. Pam says: "I love their mac and cheese. They ‘ve won the Mac & Cheese Festival every year. The cheeseburger is humungous! Nice atmosphere. Steve, the waiter and bartender, is very friendly and accommodating."
Pinions - 105 S. Mill St. 970-920-2021. Pam says: "Good food!"

Mezzaluna - 624 E. Cooper Ave. 970-925-5882. Pam says: "A hangout for visitors! Happy Hour pizza and a glass of wine or beer will fill you up."

Takah Sushi - 320 S. Mill St. 970-925-8588. Pam says: "Bring on the Negi Maki! The Atomic Shrimp is very tasty. Try some sake! Nice atmosphere."

White House Tavern - 302 E. Hopkins Ave. 970-925-1007. Pam says: "Great remodel. The grouper sandwich is very tasty."
Jimmy's Restaurant - 205 S. Mill St. 970-925-6020. Pam says: "The Mad Dog Salad is great. The best martinis in town!"
The Red Onion - 420 E. Cooper Ave. 970-925-9955. Pam says: "Good place to grab something light and sit on the patio."
BB ‘s Kitchen - 525 E. Cooper Ave. 429-8284. Pam says: "I like the atmosphere and the food is good. I prefer to have a salad on a hot day on the patio. Glass of wine, too!"
