We are happy to announce Ben Wolff was recently promoted to general manager from his previous role as director of operations (east-Aspen division). It’s always a pleasure to hire from within, and Ben’s commitment and leadership as well as constant praise from our customers made him the perfect candidate for this position.

In his new role, Ben will oversee all the front-line operations of Frias Properties’ property management and vacation rental business. With these responsibilities, he will oversee the operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest service teams.

One of Frias Properties Managing Partners Tim Clark said, “We are very fortunate to have Ben on our team, and we are excited to be working with him in this new position. Ben is a very talented, focused, and professional leader who will help us to continue to deliver great service to both our valued homeowners and our loyal Aspen visitors.” 

And with over ten years of experience in property management and hospitality, we are all looking forward to the new leadership and commitment Ben will bring as our new general manager.

Ben will be transitioning into the role over as our former General Manager Paddy Allen finishes his tenure with us next week.
