It’s arguable that the most important element one looks for when scrolling through endless photos of hotels and condos when planning a vacation is what the bed looks like. After all, the idea of any vacation is to be out and about and the only real need for lodging is to sleep. Plus, if a vacation is on the horizon, what’s the point of going if where you stay isn’t nicer than your home. Vacations are meant to be restful and LUXE.
One of the great things about our rental properties here at Frias is the majority of them are independently owned. This allows prospective renters the opportunity to find a rental home that meshes with their individual style… or try out a new style for a week! So many different styles and tastes exist within our rental pool, there is really is something for everyone. But one element of a home or rental property that doesn’t necessarily need to represent individual style is bedding.
We are in the process of upgrading the bedding in ALL of our units, no matter the size. All of the sheets, comforters, and pillows are five-star with a high thread count. The Egyptian cotton sheets are sourced from Garnier-Thiebaut, a French linen manufacturer, and feature a subtle pattern and elegant sateen finish. The comforters are a down-alternative so as not to create allergy concerns. They are hypo-allergenic, covered in 100 percent cotton fabric and constructed with a baffle box quilting pattern. Our pillows are down-alternative as well and look elegant when placed on a properly tucked bed. Every element to the new bedding is white to brighten up every room.
“The new bedding has been very well received,” says Ben Wolff, one of out property managers who has been on the front lines in terms of getting these updates implemented. “This was an important upgrade because we are now able to offer our rentals guests a consistent and inviting place to sleep.”
