Frias Properties Acquires ResortQuest Properties

Fifty-four additional condominiums in downtown Aspen will now enjoy the high level of customer service currently offered to the other 150 properties that Frias already manages. Frias Properties has been in the rental management business since 1974 in addition to offering real estate and property management services.

Principals Chuck Frias and Tim Clark understand the nuances of the Aspen market and are continually adjusting to accommodate the dynamics of the ever-changing Aspen resort economy.

“We are excited to add our inventory of downtown Aspen properties with more variety and choice for the Aspen visitor,” says Principal Chuck Frias. “We can also leverage greater marketing strength and operating efficiencies to benefit all of our owners and guests.”

Frias Properties Services and Amenities

Frias currently offers the following services and amenities to all property owners and guests: Aspen airport transportation, complimentary health club privileges, Concierge service, 24/7 check-in service, and staff coverage Aspen's most responsive and accommodating staff discounts at Aspen area businesses

A seamless transition is anticipated as most of the new properties are in buildings already managed by the Frias team.

This change represents a reunification of the Galena Street neighborhood that includes Alpenblick, Dolomite Villas, Durant Condominiums, Fasching Haus, Fifth Avenue and Shadow Mountain, all under one management firm,” says Frias managing partner Tim Clark.

To better serve the needs of owners and guests, in addition to managing the operation from the main office on East Durant Street, Frias will be reopening the Fasching Haus East office at 747 South Galena Street for the winter season in mid-November.
