Position Overview: As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate at Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors. Your main focus will be delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing administrative duties. This role demands superb communication skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

This position will work in Snowmass Village at The Enclave property.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and assist clients, tenants, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  4. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  5. Support administrative functions like task entry and preparing arrival packets.
  6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  7. Monitor office supplies inventory and replenish as needed.
  8. Contribute to special projects and events as delegated.
  9. Adhere to company policies, including maintaining confidentiality.
  10. Provide assistance to property managers and team members as required.
  11. Offer transportation services for guests around town and to/from the airport.
  12. Assist with grocery shopping and delivery services.
  13. Fulfill guest requests for additional amenities such as rollaway beds, linens, and toiletries.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is advantageous.
  2. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  6. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  8. Capacity to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
  9. Familiarity with property management processes and terminology is beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based role.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Occasional lifting of boxes or packages weighing up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
