We just got our first snow! So, everybody's thoughts turn to ski season just like that. The Aspen Skiing company is in the process of installing a new high speed quad lift, called The Tiehack Express, on Buttermilk Mountain. This lift will more than halve the time it used to take to get up the mountain. The lift will be ready to roll when Buttermilk opens on December 10th. Ajax and Snowmass are slated to open on November 24th. Wouldn't you know it? We happen to have a new rental property just in time near the new lift.
