Position Overview
As an HOA Accountant, you will be a cornerstone of our financial operations. Your expertise will ensure meticulous record-keeping, adherence to regulations, and insightful financial analysis. Your contributions will drive our mission of excellence in managing HOAs, making a tangible impact on our community.
This position will service our Aspen properties. Applicant must live in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HOA accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of HOA regulations and financial best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with team members and HOA stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise and accurate financial records for the HOA, covering accounts payable and receivable.
- Guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations in all financial dealings.
- Develop and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and projections for HOA properties.
- Work in tandem with the property management team to resolve financial issues and optimize procedures.
- Offer financial advice and assistance to HOA board members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 DOE
