THE DOWNTOWN CORE: Throw away your car keys, everything is within walking/biking distance! For trips to Snowmass, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands or down valley, the Rubey Park bus station is nearby. Hit great breakfast spots like Jour De Fete, Main Street Bakery or Peach’s. Skin up Aspen Mountain at dawn. Grab coffee at the Sundeck. Download on the Silver Queen Gondola with breathtaking sunrise views over Aspen. Nightlife? This is Aspen!
The downtown core offers mostly free-market and fractional condominiums, all against the backdrop of Aspen Mountain. These condominiums can range from lodge rooms to 4 or 5 bedrooms.
