Working with Frias for 15 Years

I have been using Frias for the past 15 years to provide lodging for a number of different ski clubs and meeting/incentive groups. I have been very pleased with the staff, the service, as well as the different accommodations we have used over the years with Frias.

Since each unit is individual owned by separate owners, we have had a few issues over the years that someone might think that one unit was nicer then another, but that is the way it works in the ski industry. Frias has always tried to be as helpful as they can based on the limitations and individual decorating tastes of the homeowners. My groups have continued to come back, many of them for 15 plus years, so I would tell you not to be too concerned, just take time to discuss your specific needs with Frias staff and review the units being assigned for category/luxury of unit and bedding.
