Nestled at 730 East Durant Avenue in Aspen, Frias Properties operates three satellite operation centers at the Fashing Haus, Silverglo, and Independence Square Hotel. In 2023, the company expanded its footprint into Snowmass Village, assuming property management responsibilities for Chamonix, Homestead, The
Enclave, and Owl Creek Homes. Our Snowmass operations are headquartered at The Enclave, located at 360 Wood Road in Snowmass Village.
