To assist our guests in the booking process, we have categorized our homes and condominiums into four distinct rating categories. These ratings are the result of an overall evaluation of the unit by our reservations and management team, and help ensure that guests will be satisfied with the lodging and rental properties that we offer.
Luxury. Luxury-rated condominiums and private homes represent Aspen's best rentals. Luxury accommodations include high-end finishes, state of the art appliances, custom furnishings, cabinets and masonry, other design features and added amenities. Luxury units often feature additional space such as a den, game room, media room, wine room, or theater room for added relaxation and enjoyment. Most include breathtaking views of Aspen Mountain or town. Each private home and condominium is unique, but our inventory of luxury accommodations offers something for just about everyone.
Deluxe. Deluxe-rated condominiums and private homes are only a slight step behind luxury accommodations. Deluxe lodging often features many of the same amenities that luxury units possess, but may not have as many. Deluxe units also do not have many of the high-end finishes that luxury accommodations offer, such as custom cabinetry or professional-level kitchen appliances. However, there are deluxe condominiums and homes with great views of Aspen Mountain and town. Deluxe units offer well-appointed living spaces with open floor plans, fireplaces, dining areas, flatscreen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms. Many Frias guests love the quality and price of our deluxe units.
Standard. Standard-rated lodging still has all of the basic amenities of our luxury and deluxe condominiums and homes. Standard-rated accommodations include open floor plans, full kitchens, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms . Many of the standard lodging options do not offer the breathtaking views that the deluxe and luxury accommodations have, but they do offer great central locations that allow guests to walk everywhere. Guests who are seeking basic comforts and conveniences while in Aspen rave about our standard units.
Economy. While we do not offer many, Frias does have a few economy-rated condominiums available that are great for those on a budget. These affordable units have complete kitchens, furnishings, fireplaces, and many of the basic accoutrements of home. Many of these units are also close to downtown and the gondola.
Over at the Independence Square hotel, Frias Properties has a number of premier-rated lodge rooms. These unique units at the Independence Square feature top-of-the-line finishes and all the modern conveniences without losing any of the historic hotel’s classic charm. Located in downtown Aspen, the Independence Square is great for anyone looking to be in the heart of town, close to everything.

Some homes are not available to book online but can be rented with a simple phone call to one of our brokers. Many of the private homes we offer are exclusive to Frias Properties, and our broker will negotiate the rate and lease terms on your behalf, always with your best interest in mind.
