Frias Properties of Aspen is open, and our all our divisions -- rental management, property management, and homeowner association management -- are operating at full capacity.
We are welcoming guests to our short-term rentals, and we are seeing pockets of high demand from visitors this summer. Please note that our current Public Health Order requires visitors to be symptom-free for at least 10 days in advance of arrival to Aspen.

WEAR A MASK. Aspen has a mask requirement, so please be prepared to wear a face covering inside any public building or businesses and outside within the Mandated Face Covering Zone. Beyond the zone, you must also wear a mask outside when you may come within 6 feet of another person. For example, it's a best-practice to pull up your face covering as you pass other hikers on trails.
KEEP ASPEN SAFE, KEEP ASPEN OPEN. Our local officials ask all residents, second-homeowners, and visitors to share the responsibility for keeping our community safe. Please review the Pitkin County Guidelines before you return to Aspen.
