23rd Annual Winter Words

The 23rd annual Winter Words series brings six top authors and poets to Aspen during the winter season to engage the literary community with in-depth discussions, fresh ideas, and new perspectives. This season will provide readers with inspiration and new understanding through investigative journalism, boundary-pushing poetry, psychological thrillers, and adventure writing.

The events take place from Jan. 7 - March 30 at Paepcke Auditorium at the Aspen Institute.

Tickets are $25 for individual tickets. Series passes for 2020 are $95.

January 7 - Lisa Taddeo: Taddeo is a No. 1 New York Times best-selling author and a two-time recipient of the Puschcart Prize (2017 & 2019). Her debut nonfiction book "Three Women," based on years of immersive reporting, is the real story of the sex drive of three American women whose experiences remind us all that we are not alone. Her work has been featured in Esquire, Elle, The New York Observer, Glamour, and more.
