This garden-level studio is a comfortable pied-à-terre at Fasching Haus, two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen’s shops and restaurants. A sitting area faces a large flat-screen TV, and the kitchenette has a microwave, small refrigerator, and sink. Guests enter through a private patio down a short flight of stairs. The studio sleeps two in a queen bed.
Please note: Because the studio is on the garden level, it gets minimal natural light. It is also next to the building’s boiler room.

Fasching Haus has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, an on-site front desk, a fitness room, a guest laundry room, and free Wi-Fi. There is no elevator.
Parking
Each reservation includes parking for one vehicle on the Galena Street side of the complex, first come, first served, with the Frias parking permit provided. If those spaces are full, or for additional vehicles, park on the street and pay through the City of Aspen’s PayByPhone app.

Fasching Haus 13 guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias guests also get complimentary access to local health clubs; passes are available at any Frias front desk during regular business hours.
