This two-level three-bedroom, three-bath condo at Fasching Haus is two blocks from Aspen Mountain’s Silver Queen Gondola, with downtown Aspen even closer. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and a wall-mounted air conditioner, which makes the condo a good fit for couples traveling together. The living area has hardwood floors and a gas fireplace, the updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats eight. A private patio on the lower level has seating and opens directly onto the Fasching Haus courtyard. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.

Fasching Haus has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, an on-site front desk, a fitness room, a guest laundry room, and free Wi-Fi. There is no elevator.
Parking
Each reservation includes parking for one vehicle on the Galena Street side of the complex, first come, first served, with the Frias parking permit provided. If those spaces are full, or for additional vehicles, park on the street and pay through the City of Aspen’s PayByPhone app.
