This two-level three-bedroom, three-bath condo at Fasching Haus is two blocks from Aspen Mountain’s Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. The open living area has a fireplace, hardwood floors, and air conditioning. The kitchen is built for entertaining, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with bar seating for eight. Both guest rooms have twin beds that can be joined into kings with bed bridges, so the condo works as well for three couples as it does for a family. Flat-screen TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer complete the space.

Parking
Each reservation includes parking for one vehicle on the Galena Street side of the complex, first come, first served, with the Frias parking permit provided. If those spaces are full, or for additional vehicles, park on the street and pay through the City of Aspen’s PayByPhone app.
