Looking for insider tips to plan and execute the perfect Aspen vacation? While that may seem like a daunting task for most, the concierge desk at Frias Properties of Aspen has made it much simpler with its “One Perfect Night in Aspen” campaign. The campaign makes planning an evening out on the town simple: It offers selections for drinks, dinner, late night activities, and dancing and nightlife for adults. Guests can choose from Aspen’s finest, and choices are ranked by price point, ranging from casual to formal.

Frias Properties guests can obtain a One Perfect Night reference sheet from the concierge desk at the Fasching Haus (747 S. Galena Street), at the Silverglo Condominiums (940 Waters Avenue), or at the Frias Properties main office (730 E. Durant Avenue). All guests checking in receive a One Perfect Night guide in their arrival packet.

The concierge desk is happy to assist with reservations or any other planning as needed. Our staff can assist with equipment rentals, lessons, dog sledding, snowshoeing, babysitting, transportation and more!

According to the One Perfect Night sheet, guests planning an evening out should first make dinner reservations for later in the evening. Remember: Many restaurants in downtown Aspen sell out fast during the holidays and other peak times of the season, so book early! Recommended restaurants include:

  • L’Hostaria (Italian)
  • Kenichi (Contemporary Asian)
  • Jimmy’s (Modern American)
  • Elevation (Modern American)

Next, begin your night out with a drink at one of Aspen’s unique establishments. Some of the more original spots that the Frias Properties concierge desk recommends include:

  • The Red Onion
  • Finnbarr’s Irish Pub
  • 39 Degrees Cocktail Lounge at the Sky Hotel
  • J Bar at the Hotel Jerome

Each offers its own unique blend of atmosphere and culture. For those looking for wine and appetizers before dinner, the concierge desk recommends a number of local eateries. Some of the more popular suggestions for wine and appetizers include:

  • Matsuhisa (Japanese cuisine)
  • Syzygy (Modern American cuisine)
  • Rustique (French cuisine)
  • Campo De Fiori (Italian)

For those dining later in the evening, there’s still plenty of options. Many Frias guests rave about:

  • B.B.’s Kitchen
  • 39 Degrees at the Sky Hotel
  • Jimmy’s Restaurant
  • New York Pizza

If you’re looking to get out and cut a rug (dance), then there’s plenty of options for that as well. Guests enjoy letting their hair down at:

  • Eric’s Bar
  • Escobar
  • The Regal
  • The Belly Up

Following these few steps will get you going with the perfect Aspen vacation. If you need further assistance, call the concierge desk (970) 429-2449.
